Michigan Gymnast.
All-American.
National Champion.
At Michigan, I learned how to train my mind at a high level, which allowed my teammates and I to win a national championship.
Training in that environment made one thing clear: success is a complicated recipe. Talent, managing injuries, preparation and timing all matter, but the athletes who reached their ceiling weren't always the most gifted. They were the ones who learned to train their mind to optimize everything else.
That shift changed my career. It's what I now teach.
